Sebastian Hylving is Ingka Centres Managing Director at Ingka Centres. Originally from Sweden, he brings extensive international experience in real estate and retail expansion, having held strategic leadership roles across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Sebastian began his career at the real estate arm of the Swedish national pension funds before joining one of Sweden’s leading meeting place consultancy firms. He later moved into senior development roles at Inter-IKEA Centres, serving as Group Development Manager for Europe and subsequently as Deputy Managing Director in China, where he played a key role in establishing the first three Livat Meeting Places in the market. Sebastian joined Ingka Centres in 2022 as Global Expansion & Development Manager and has played a vital role in the growth, development and strengthening of Ingka Centers’ portfolio across Europe, China, India and North America.

Before joining Ingka Centres, Sebastian was based in Singapore as Property & Expansion Manager for Ikano Retail. There, he was responsible for driving new market entries and developing the expansion pipeline for Meeting Places and IKEA stores across Southeast Asia and Mexico.
