As Co-CEO David is co-responsible for the company’s strategy and for the B2B growth vector. David focuses on building and scaling Zalando’s unique capabilities to enable the company’s growth. David has been part of Zalando’s senior management team since 2010, working as CFO until 2022 and as SVP Convenience until 2019. Before joining Zalando, he worked at McKinsey & Company. David holds a diploma in business administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Bernard Osta is the Chief Executive Officer of Vestiaire Collective, the leading global platform for pre-loved luxury fashion. He joined Vestiaire Collective in May 2021 as Chief Strategy Officer. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2023 and Chief Executive Officer in October 2025. Before joining Vestiaire Collective, he spent 15 years in investment banking at Lazard and Goldman Sachs, in New York and Paris, working on some of the largest and most complex transactions involving corporations from all over the world. Peter Ruis
Managing Director John Lewis & Partners
Peter brings with him more than 30 years of leadership experience at a number of leading retailers and brands. He was most recently CEO at Indigo plc in Canada, where he led the business as it transitioned out of the pandemic. Before that, Peter led Anthropologie’s international growth as Managing Director, and was also CEO at Jigsaw for four years.
Peter first joined the Partnership back in 2005. Over nine years he played a key role in the leadership and direction of the John Lewis brand, latterly as John Lewis Buying and Brand Director with responsibility for the commercial and marketing arms of the business. His early career was spent in buying roles at Marks & Spencer and Ted Baker, and as Brand Merchandising Director within Levi Strauss Europe.

Stuart Haselden serves as Chief Executive Officer at Arc’teryx. Prior to joining Arc’teryx, Stuart served as CEO at Away Travel, and held executive roles at lululemon, J.Crew and Saks Fifth Avenue department stores. He brings over 25 years of global experience in retail and vertical premium brands, with knowledge gained from working in countries spanning North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Stuart began his own personal leadership journey as a young cavalry officer in the United States Army, which proved to be a life-shaping experience for him. During this time, he formed deeply ingrained beliefs in the human experience of leadership.
It was also the beginning of a lifelong love of mountain and alpine sports. He’s passed on this passion for the mountains to his three children and at the weekend you’re most likely to find him enjoying nature with his family—be it skiing, biking, hiking or swimming.
Alexis Mourot

Alexis Mourot is the embodiment of modern leadership, combining high standard expectations with empathy and a profound desire to pass skills and knowledge on. An impassioned globetrotter, he joined Christian Louboutin in 2007 and is aiming to make the iconic French red-soled brand an essential luxury player on the international stage. Under his governance, the house has undergone spectacular growth and now has 167 stores in 40 countries.
He is also leading the brand’s development, having now extended its universe to adapt to new lifestyles without ever forgetting its artisanal heritage and the exceptional know-how which made its reputation. Christian Louboutin today is an influential luxury accessories brand. It generates 95% of its turnover outside France.
Educated in finance at the University of Paris-Dauphine, Alexis has had an atypical career. During his studies, he explored the working world and became assistant brand manager for Canard Duchêne and Veuve Clicquot champagnes. This experience rooted in him a love of know-how and the finest creations.
It was in the United States that, over five years, he refined his international expertise in the luxury goods sector, first at Yves Saint Laurent then in the LVMH group. He played an active part in integrating iconic brands, such as Christian Lacroix, Kenzo, Loewe into the “LVMH Fashion Group US”, and was actively involved with the integration and restructuring of the Donna Karan International brand. This American interlude is a marker of his career.
He then contributed to developing Marc Jacobs and successfully opened the brand’s European office, which he headed for three years from 2004 to 2007.
An adept and respectful negotiator, his expertise in finance, combined with a passion for commercial development and the conquest of international markets gives him a global perspective and a great openness to the world.
Attentive to others, a low-key personality, an impassioned worker, Alexis Mourot is known for his ability to bring people together, supporting them and adding momentum. “I am particularly proud of my teams. As Vuori’s Global President, Ashley Kechter is responsible for overseeing the brand’s global business strategy, driving the financial process, and overseeing retail, eCommerce, planning and wholesale internationally and domestically. With two decades of brand experience in omni-channel leadership across strategy, planning, inventory management, allocation, operations, supply chain and logistics for multi-billion-dollar retailers, Kechter brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as global president. Prior to joining Vuori, Kechter served as global president of eComm, retail, wholesale and International for Fabletics since 2023, where she delivered the brand’s P&L through overseeing marketing, product creation, inventory and financial management, and strategic operations across all business units and channels. Before her time at Fabletics, she served as Chief Business Officer and GM for Banana Republic, and Chief Merchandising Officer and GM of Merch, Planning, eCommerce, Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Product Development at Restoration Hardware. Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997, specialising in corporate finance with Arthur Andersen in Scotland and London. In 2000, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of USC, the muti-brand casualwear retailer that was Diesel's largest European wholesale customer at the time.
