Angela Farrugia, Founder of Brand x Society Angela was founder of the most successful Brand Management & Licensing company in the world, with over 24 years’ experience building a new breed of agency ready to tackle the challenges of modern-day retail. TLC (The Licensing Company Ltd) was acquired in 2014 by Global Brands Group PLC (HK stock exchange). The business had 24 offices in 16 countries, generated retail sales of over $12.4BN annually for its clients and ran over 600 free standing retail stores around the world. Angela founded Brand x Society Ltd in October 2019 and now lectures in ‘asset light’ business, and mentors’ young designers for Fashion Trust Arabia and Central Saint Martins MA fashion. She is a retail advisor to the British Fashion Council and sits on several boards as a Non-Exec Director and is Chair of the Sustainability committee for Inspecs PLC. In 2024 she was awarded an MBE for Global Business development and licensing.

As Vuori’s Global President, Ashley Kechter is responsible for overseeing the brand’s global business strategy, driving the financial process, and overseeing retail, eCommerce, planning and wholesale internationally and domestically. With two decades of brand experience in omni-channel leadership across strategy, planning, inventory management, allocation, operations, supply chain and logistics for multi-billion-dollar retailers, Kechter brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as global president. Prior to joining Vuori, Kechter served as global president of eComm, retail, wholesale and International for Fabletics since 2023, where she delivered the brand’s P&L through overseeing marketing, product creation, inventory and financial management, and strategic operations across all business units and channels. Before her time at Fabletics, she served as Chief Business Officer and GM for Banana Republic, and Chief Merchandising Officer and GM of Merch, Planning, eCommerce, Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Product Development at Restoration Hardware. Early in her career, she held leadership roles across various disciplines including planning and logistics and inventory management at GAP Inc., Old Navy, and Banana Republic. Kechter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics & International Business Management from the California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.

Bastian Siebers is an experienced e-commerce expert and the CEO of flaconi, Germany's leading online shop for beauty and perfume. He took on the role of CEO at the end of 2022 and has steered the Berlin-based company onto a successful course in less than two years. Siebers successfully drove a significant growth trajectory, built on a strategy focused on Internationalization, Retail Media, Retention, and Engagement. This approach delivered break-even and double-digit profitable growth that has continued to the present day. He also spearheaded rapid international expansion, successfully launching flaconi in 8 new European countries and targeting seven more by 2026, with the goal of becoming the leading online pure-player in European e-commerce. The motto #WEcommerce is lived and breathed at flaconi: Siebers focuses on building long-term, trusting relationships with flaconi's customers, brand partners and, above all, with all flaconi employees With more than 20 years of experience in retail, marketing, and strategy, Siebers previously served as the CEO of babymarkt.de. Throughout his career, he also acquired deep retail and e-commerce expertise at Tengelmann E-Stores, Plus Online, and within the KarstadtQuelle Group.

Bernard Osta is the Chief Executive Officer of Vestiaire Collective, the leading global platform for pre-loved luxury fashion. He joined Vestiaire Collective in May 2021 as Chief Strategy Officer. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2023 and Chief Executive Officer in October 2025. Before joining Vestiaire Collective, he spent 15 years in investment banking at Lazard and Goldman Sachs, in New York and Paris, working on some of the largest and most complex transactions involving corporates from all over the world. As co-CEO and interim CFO David is co-responsible for the company’s strategy, with a focus on building the B2B operating system that enables e-commerce across Europe on and off the Zalando platform, and further developing Zalando’s unique capabilities and infrastructure. David has been part of Zalando’s senior management team since 2010, working as SVP Convenience until 2019, CFO until 2022 and COO until 2024. Before joining Zalando, he worked at McKinsey & Company. David holds a diploma in business administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. As interim CFO, David will oversee the Finance and Group Governance teams until a new CFO is appointed.

Dimas Gimeno

Dimas Gimeno (Madrid, 1975) is an entrepreneur and investor in the retail and technology industry. He has a law degree and a master's degree in private law from the Universidad de San Pablo (CEU) and an EMBA from AESE Business School (associated with IESE). In 1999, after working as an intern in the litigation department of the law firm Baker McKenzie, he traveled to Australia to study film direction at the Sydney University of Technology. Dimas belongs to the 4th. generation of the family that owns El Corte Inglés. On his return from Australia he joined the company, moving to Portugal to collaborate with different executive positions with the opening of the subsidiary and the first El Corte Inglés center in the city of Lisbon and, later, in Porto. After his mission in Portugal, Dimas returned to work in Head Office as a board member and in charge of sales management. In 2014 he was appointed executive president of El Corte Inglés, a position he left in 2018. Currently, he is a founding partner and CEO of WOW, a phygital retail platform that combines a marketplace and an experiential physical space. In addition, he is the founder of KAPITA, an investment firm specialized in retail & tech that supports companies that define and transform the retail sector of the future, and promoter of the Retail Innovation Lab, which aims to foster entrepreneurship and innovation in the industry. Dimas believes that the retail sector is facing a paradigm shift, which goes beyond mere digital acceleration. There have also been changes at a social, economic, technological level ... And, most importantly, there has been a change in the equation of the value of our consumers ... Faced with this new paradigm, which means the end of retail as we have known it, It is essential that companies in the industry carry out a retail reset. To convey this message of transformation, Dimas regularly participates in national and international events in the sector as an expert and keynote speaker. He is also a co-author, along with Luis Lara, of the book "Retail Reset." Editorial LID (Madrid, 2021), which has recently been published in English with the same title by LID Publishing (London, 2023).

Today, Karen oversees innovation, marketing and brand strategy for Kraft Heinz’ European and Pacific Developed Markets, united by the company’s crown jewel, Heinz - a global brand icon with roots in Karen’s hometown of Wigan where her love for the billion-dollar brand began. A seasoned CPG executive with a passion for building high performing teams, Karen has a track record of spearheading innovation and creativity to drive top and bottom-line growth for global brands like LIPTON Teas and Infusions, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer prior to joining Kraft Heinz. Karen has also held leadership roles at Diageo, Coty Beauty and P&G. Based in Amsterdam, Karen is the proud parent of two daughters and enjoys exploring new cultures and countries through food. But when it comes to her favorite; French Fries – it has to be Heinz.

Katie Reeves is the global Chief Commercial Officer for COS, appointed in July 2025. In this role, Katie drives the overall COS growth strategy, in-store and online, D2C and wholesale. Previously, Katie was Managing Director for COS North America, where she was appointed in 2021. Here she was responsible for the overall strategic vision for the region which spans across physical retail, e-commerce, and expansion whilst holding full omni P&L responsibility. COS is a London-based fashion brand. It is owned by H&M Group, and is the sister brand to & Other Stories, and H&M, among others. Katie’s move to COS was a natural next step, given she began her career in merchandising at H&M in 2003. Throughout the past 20 years, Katie has had extensive multi-faceted experiences in merchandising, brand building, digital expansion, marketing, and licensing with a proven track record of leading and developing brands to reach financial success. Throughout her career she has also recruited, developed, and led world class teams. Prior to joining COS, Katie served as the Senior Vice President of Merchandising for Marquee Brands Group. While there, she led the Martha Stewart brand and her direct-to-consumer expansion, an experiential site where content meets commerce. Prior to that, she led the Men’s division. She has also served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Sequential Brands Group, Senior Vice President of Brand Development at Reunited Clothing, and Vice President of Women’s at Iconix Brands Group. Katie is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago where she earned her BA, specializing in fashion merchandising. She was the recipient of the Victor Skrebneski Scholarship, a world-renowned fashion photographer whom provided full tuition funding for four academic years awarded to a student of outstanding potential majoring in the area of fashion. Katie is also often a guest speaker for young alumni at the Fashion Institute of Technology where she also serves on the advisory board for the Fashion Business Management program.

Since joining L'Oréal three years ago, Mark has propelled its e-commerce growth by deepening shopper insights, building strategic partnerships, and developing cutting-edge technologies to drive performance. This has resulted in share gains and solidification of its #1 position in an increasingly competitive industry. Prior to L'Oréal, Mark served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company for five years, where he worked with leading retail and consumer goods companies to accelerate omnichannel growth and launch new business, including D2C, B2B, quick commerce, and third-party marketplaces. He also brings extensive experience from his eleven-year tenure at Coca-Cola Enterprises/European Partners, where he led portfolio expansion and built the digital commerce team from scratch to become the leader in e-commerce, digital marketing, and business model innovation. Mark holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters in Engineering from Imperial College. He is a founding member of the Digital 50 and is recognised as a thought leader in digital commerce space. Marlies Hersbach is the Chief online and Customer Officer at Mango and a member of the company's Steering Committee. From her position, she leads the brand's digital strategy, including the development of the e-commerce channel, customer experience, and loyalty programmes at a global level. With a degree in French Language and Culture and a master's degree in Intercultural Communication from Utrecht University, Hersbach has over 15 years of international experience in omnichannel retail and e-commerce. In 2020, the executive joined Mango as International Retail Director, following a solid career in the retail sector. During this period, she successfully led the commercial strategy in some of Mango's key European markets. In 2024, Hersbach was appointed Executive Director of e-commerce to continue driving the growth of the online channel and advancing the continuous improvement of the customer experience. Before joining Mango, Marlies Hersbach developed her professional career in fashion companies such as Pimkie and Kiabi, where she was in charge of the e-marketing and e-commerce areas.

Previously, he built up and sold the online fashion platform Department47 as founder and Managing Director. He began his career at the management consultancy McKinsey & Company. Dr Philipp Andrée studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Hamburg and later earned a doctorate in Marketing at the University of Hamburg.

Sarah Clark joined lululemon in September 2022 as Senior Vice President of EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), leading the brand's strategic growth and development in the region. Sarah has held several C-Suite positions at mid-sized organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer at Frugi Group, a portfolio of ethical brands spanning organic childrenswear, reusable nappies and reusable feminine hygiene, leading the expansion of the brand into new markets, such as the US. At OKA a 20-year-old British furniture brand, Sarah served as Chief Commercial Officer and spearheaded the evolution of the brand, the digitization of the business and the international expansion plans into the US. She also spent six years at Rapha Racing, a dominant and fast-growing UK cycling brand, as Chief Commercial Officer overseeing all commercial channels and logistics and led the growth of the company into Asia, as well as the successful sale of the company to the Walton family. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nottingham. She is an avid cyclist and enjoys travelling the world by bike. Sarah currently lives in London with her husband.

Sascha Mager is Chief Data and AI Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group since May 2025. From August 2022 to April 2025, he served as CEO of MediaMarktSaturn Germany, after beginning 2022 as Chief Digital Officer and Executive Vice President at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. Born in Düsseldorf, he studied physics at RWTH Aachen University and subsequently earned his doctorate in neuroscience at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, and he brings extensive experience in data, digital, and transformation across retail, energy, and telecommunications. He began his business career at Boston Consulting Group, where from 2000 to 2005 he worked as a project lead for various companies in the telecommunications, insurance, e-commerce, and retail sectors. From 2006 to 2016, he held various leadership positions at a number of telecommunications companies in Germany and internationally (T-Mobile, Vodafone, Telstra), most recently in Australia as Chief Operating Officer Consumer Business at Telstra. In 2017, Sascha Mager joined the energy company E.ON, drving forward digital transformation in the retail segment and subsequently successfully managed E.ON Next in the UK as Managing Director.
