Helena Bukowski
SVP, Marketing KICKS
Helena Bukowski is Senior Vice President Marketing at KICKS, one of the Nordics’ leading beauty retailers, where she leads marketing across Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Her remit spans brand, media, campaigns, social media, influencer marketing, and in-house creative.
Her work centers on how consumer behavior is shifting—from planned purchases to constant discovery—driven by social feeds, creators, and communities. At KICKS, this has meant building more customer-centric and content-driven ways of working, with social media playing a central role in how the brand connects with younger audiences.
Helena is particularly interested in how fast-moving trends, often born on platforms like TikTok, can be translated into meaningful retail experiences. She advocates for connecting insights from social and digital channels with campaigns, content, and physical stores—making relevance something that shows up consistently across the full customer journey, not just in isolated channels.
She believes that winning the attention of new generations requires more than visibility; it requires credibility, cultural understanding, and the ability to move at the pace of the consumer. With a strong focus on long-term brand building, she emphasizes authenticity, inclusivity, and an integrated omnichannel approach.
Helena has a deep interest in consumer behavior and how beauty continues to sit at the intersection of culture, identity, and commerce.

Morgan and BCG, he joined Razor as an early employee, helping scale the e-commerce technology company during a period of rapid growth that saw it surpass a $1 billion valuation within 18 months of its founding.
Working closely with ecommerce brands at Razor group gave Chris a front-row seat to how quickly digital commerce was changing and where new bottlenecks were starting to emerge. One of those shifts was generative search. As tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini began shaping how consumers discover products, it became clear that visibility in these environments was turning into a real problem for ecommerce brands. Based on that insight, the team went on to build Glara, a platform that helps brands understand how visible their products are in AI-driven search and what they need to do to improve that visibility. Co-Founder & CEO Reflaunt
Entrepreneur Stephanie Crespin is passionate about fashion sustainability and providing impactful solutions to brands and consumers. In 2013, she launched online luxury destination StyleTribute.com, in Singapore after identifying an opportunity to offer highend fashion lovers a curated digital platform to sell and buy pre-loved luxury designer items, combined with a free premium concierge service. Unique in this market, StyleTribute.com generated great excitement among Singapore’s fashion scene and national press.
Motivated by this experience and realising some immediate opportunities in the pre-loved luxury market, Stephanie’s launched Reflaunt in 2017 providing brands with the technology to build and have a strong presence in the secondary market and for consumers to sell their luxury items back on the brands digital platform where they originally made the purchase. Unlike other resale platforms, Reflaunt allows a product for sale to be listed across multiple marketplaces globally giving maximum exposure to the consumer, while generating revenue, customer retention and data capture back to the brand.
Brands have been quick to realise the opportunity with the Reflaunt technology, notably Yoox Net-a-Porter, Harvey Nichols, Balenciaga, Ba&sh, Cos and H&M to name a few.
Reflaunt has received significant support from a leading recycling solutions company and from CEOs of major luxury and second-hand brands.
