Jade Sharpe is Head of Loyalty at Marks & Spencer, where she leads the transformation of Sparks, M&S’s loyalty programme with more than 24 million members. Jade kicked off the loyalty transformation while serving as M&S’s Head of Company Strategy, and moved to lead the programme driven by a strong belief in putting customers first and creating meaningful, rewarding experiences that truly matter to everyday life. Before joining M&S, Jade was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group, specialising in large scale digital and data transformations across the consumer sector.
