Beth Horn

VP, Southern Europe & UK&I Pinterest

Beth Horn is VP of Southern Europe, UK & Ireland, where she leads the platform's advertising partnerships for five markets. She was previously UK Managing Director. Since joining Pinterest in June 2024, Beth has overseen record business results, first-of-their-kind brand partnerships, and the rollout of innovative performance products. She has also fronted events including Pinvision - Pinterest’s largest annual advertiser event and spoken at numerous external industry events. Before joining Pinterest, Beth was Director of Sales at Spotify, and spent 12 years at Meta, where she was Director and Head of Industry for Retail & Ecommerce, overseeing Meta's relationships with retail and ecommerce companies in the US and UK. Prior to Meta, Beth led global paid search for Expedia, Microsoft, and Intuit at Efficient Frontier, and began her career in the creative department of Macys.com. She is a Non-Executive Director of NiX by Nicola Harding and a Trustee of Crouch End Festival Chorus. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Beth is a dual US / UK citizen and an honours graduate of Stanford University. She lives in North London with her golden retriever, Bridget. www.beth-horn.com
