As Co-CEO David is co-responsible for the company’s strategy and for the B2B growth vector. David focuses on building and scaling Zalando’s unique capabilities to enable the company’s growth. David has been part of Zalando’s senior management team since 2010, working as CFO until 2022 and as SVP Convenience until 2019. Before joining Zalando, he worked at McKinsey & Company. David holds a diploma in business administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Founded in Berlin in 2008, Zalando is building the leading pan-European ecosystem for fashion and lifestyle e-commerce around two growth vectors: Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B). In B2C, we offer an inspiring and quality multi-brand shopping experience for fashion and lifestyle products to about 50 million active customers in 25 markets. In B2B, we are using our logistic infrastructure, software and service capabilities to help brands and retailers run and scale their entire e-commerce business, on or off Zalando. As an ecosystem, Zalando aims to enable positive change for the fashion and lifestyle industry.

Bernard Osta is the Chief Executive Officer of Vestiaire Collective, the leading global platform for pre-loved luxury fashion. He joined Vestiaire Collective in May 2021 as Chief Strategy Officer. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2023 and Chief Executive Officer in October 2025. Before joining Vestiaire Collective, he spent 15 years in investment banking at Lazard and Goldman Sachs, in New York and Paris, working on some of the largest and most complex transactions involving corporations from all over the world. Bernard graduated with an MSc in Management from HEC Paris. He also serves as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of Vivendi.

Stuart Haselden serves as Chief Executive Officer at Arc’teryx. Since taking the helm at Arc’teryx in 2021, Stuart has led the company on a transformative growth path, invested in leadership across all levels of the enterprise, and driven a systematic and authentic path to quality growth across the globe, earning brand fans and loyalists from mountain towns to major cities.
Prior to joining Arc’teryx, Stuart served as CEO at Away Travel, and held executive roles at lululemon, J.Crew and Saks Fifth Avenue department stores. He brings over 25 years of global experience in retail and vertical premium brands, with knowledge gained from working in countries spanning North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Stuart began his own personal leadership journey as a young cavalry officer in the United States Army, which proved to be a life-shaping experience for him. During this time, he formed deeply ingrained beliefs in the human experience of leadership.
It was also the beginning of a lifelong love of mountain and alpine sports. He’s passed on this passion for the mountains to his three children and at the weekend you’re most likely to find him enjoying nature with his family—be it skiing, biking, hiking or swimming.

Peter Wood is the Chief Executive Officer of AllSaints, the global contemporary fashion brand, and John Varvatos, the modern American luxury menswear brand. He joined AllSaints in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer and became Chief Executive Officer in 2018, assuming leadership of John Varvatos when the brand was acquired in 2020. Under his tenure, both AllSaints and John Varvatos have delivered sustained record results, most recently reporting a new record group profit performance for the year to February 2025. With annual revenues in excess of £400 million the combined AllSaints/John Varvatos group has approximately 250 directly managed stores, concessions and outlets across 16 countries, supported by a significant online presence, a strong international network of leading wholesale and franchise partners, and a global team of more than 2,000 employees. Peter’s leadership has been widely recognised. He was named Leader of the Year at the 2025 Drapers Awards, while AllSaints was crowned Fashion Retailer of the Year at the Retail Week Awards 2025 and Retailer of the Year at the 2023 Drapers Awards. Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997, specialising in corporate finance with Arthur Andersen in Scotland and London. His early career saw him work with private equity firms and leading UK entrepreneurs in the consumer sector to support their growth ambitions. In 2000, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of USC, the muti-brand casualwear retailer that was Diesel's largest European wholesale customer at the time. In 2022, Peter joined the Board of the British Retail Consortium as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of its Audit and Risk Committee. He lives in Hampshire with his wife and two children.

As Vuori’s Global President, Ashley Kechter is responsible for overseeing the brand’s global business strategy, driving the financial process, and overseeing retail, eCommerce, planning and wholesale internationally and domestically. With two decades of brand experience in omni-channel leadership across strategy, planning, inventory management, allocation, operations, supply chain and logistics for multi-billion-dollar retailers, Kechter brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as global president. Prior to joining Vuori, Kechter served as global president of eComm, retail, wholesale and International for Fabletics since 2023, where she delivered the brand’s P&L through overseeing marketing, product creation, inventory and financial management, and strategic operations across all business units and channels. Before her time at Fabletics, she served as Chief Business Officer and GM for Banana Republic, and Chief Merchandising Officer and GM of Merch, Planning, eCommerce, Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Product Development at Restoration Hardware. Early in her career, she held leadership roles across various disciplines including planning and logistics and inventory management at GAP Inc., Old Navy, and Banana Republic. Kechter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics & International Business Management from the California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.

Olin Novák is an experienced Retail CEO with extensive experience across retail, e-commerce, and FMCG, specializing in commercial and growth strategy, marketing, market expansion, and the management of complex operations. He joined Rohlik Group in 2018, where he progressively led key commercial and marketing initiatives that supported the company’s rapid scaling. Since 2022, he has been responsible for the Group’s international development while also overseeing retail operations across five European markets under the brands Rohlik.cz, Knuspr.de, Gurkerl.at, Kifli.hu, and Sezamo.ro. During his tenure, he has been among the key leaders contributing to the company’s growth from approximately €250 million in revenue to more than €1.5 billion, while sustaining annual growth above 25% YoY.

Thor Skov Jørgensen, 44 years old, has been the Managing Director/CEO of Coop Danmark A/S since June 19, 2024.
Prior to that, he came from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the energy company OK.
Before joining OK in 2023, he was part of the executive management team at Salling Group, where he held several roles, including Chief Operating Officer of Netto International, Director of Føtex, and overall head of the company’s e-commerce and digital business.
In addition, he has a background as a consultant, where over several years he specialized in and worked with multiple disciplines within retail, both domestically and internationally.

Bastian Siebers is an experienced e-commerce expert and the CEO of flaconi, Germany's leading online shop for beauty and perfume. He took on the role of CEO at the end of 2022 and has steered the Berlin-based company onto a successful course in less than two years.
Siebers successfully drove a significant growth trajectory, built on a strategy focused on Internationalization, Retail Media, Retention, and Engagement. This approach delivered break-even and double-digit profitable growth that has continued to the present day. He also spearheaded rapid international expansion, successfully launching flaconi in 8 new European countries and targeting seven more by 2026, with the goal of becoming the leading online pure-player in European e-commerce. The motto #WEcommerce is lived and breathed at flaconi: Siebers focuses on building long-term, trusting relationships with flaconi's customers, brand partners and, above all, with all flaconi employees.
With more than 20 years of experience in retail, marketing, and strategy, Siebers previously served as the CEO of babymarkt.de. Throughout his career, he also acquired deep retail and e-commerce expertise at the Tengelmann Group and within the KarstadtQuelle Group.

His expertise spans strategic vision, commercial partnerships, executional excellence and operating model transformation.
Since joining L'Oréal three years ago, Mark has propelled its e-commerce growth by deepening shopper insights, building strategic partnerships, and developing cutting-edge technologies to drive performance. This has resulted in share gains and solidification of its #1 position in an increasingly competitive industry.
Prior to L'Oréal, Mark served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company for five years, where he worked with leading retail and consumer goods companies to accelerate omnichannel growth and launch new business, including D2C, B2B, quick commerce, and third-party marketplaces. He also brings extensive experience from his eleven-year tenure at Coca-Cola Enterprises/European Partners, where he led portfolio expansion and built the digital commerce team from scratch to become the leader in e-commerce, digital marketing, and business model innovation.
Mark holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters in Engineering from Imperial College. He is a founding member of the Digital 50 and is recognised as a thought leader in digital commerce space. His passion is in combining design, technology and commerce to improve daily lives. His creativity extends beyond his professional life; with a background in architectural design, Mark’s creative pursuits include jazz music, art and photography.

Bianca focuses on enabling brands to harness TikTok Shop’s discovery-first model, where engaging, shoppable videos and live streams inspire communities to discover and instantly purchase trending products. Her work involves close cross-functional collaboration to co-create solutions for complex global organisations, guiding them through the unique opportunities presented by discovery commerce.

Andrew Lederman is a seasoned digital commerce executive with deep experience driving global transformation across the consumer-goods industry. He is Vice President of Global Digital Commerce at Mondelēz International, where he leads a $3B+ business focused on accelerating growth through data-driven strategy, emerging commerce platforms, and operational excellence. Earlier, Andrew was part of the founding team at OpenSky, later acquired by Alibaba, and helped launch and scale BEES at AB InBev, one of the world’s largest B2B commerce platforms.
