Marlies Hersbach

Chief Online & Customer Officer MANGO

Marlies Hersbach is the Chief online and Customer Officer at Mango and a member of the company's Steering Committee. From her position, she leads the brand's digital strategy, including the development of the e-commerce channel, customer experience, and loyalty programmes at a global level. With a degree in French Language and Culture and a master's degree in Intercultural Communication from Utrecht University, Hersbach has over 15 years of international experience in omnichannel retail and e-commerce. In 2020, the executive joined Mango as International Retail Director, following a solid career in the retail sector. During this period, she successfully led the commercial strategy in some of Mango's key European markets. In 2024, Hersbach was appointed Executive Director of e-commerce to continue driving the growth of the online channel and advancing the continuous improvement of the customer experience. Before joining Mango, Marlies Hersbach developed her professional career in fashion companies such as Pimkie and Kiabi, where she was in charge of the e-marketing and e-commerce areas.
