With more than 15 years’ experience in digital retail, including previously leading the digital business at Foot Locker EMEA, she brings deep expertise in scaling multi-market ecommerce while protecting brand equity. Operating across DTC, wholesale and marketplaces, Leona is focused on defining the role of each channel, aligning teams and KPIs, and driving growth that is both profitable and sustainable.
