Tom is the head of retail media at the John Lewis Partnership, in a role which spans Waitrose and John Lewis, with a focus on evolving and growing the insight and media capabilities to deliver engaging customer experiences, advertiser brand growth and Partnership growth. Prior to joining the Partnership, Tom spent 15 years at dunnhumby, working with Tesco and other retailers around the world to design and build their retail media businesses.
