Jaime Mur is a senior international executive with extensive experience in retail, customer experience, and global business development. He currently serves as Global Head of Retail and Customer Care at NestlĂ© Nespresso, where he leads the company’s global customer-facing operations, overseeing retail strategy, customer experience design, boutique development, and operational excellence across markets worldwide.
Over the course of his career, he has built a strong track record of leading international teams and driving business growth across diverse regions. Prior to joining Nespresso, he held several senior leadership roles at Mango, including Managing Director of Mango Man, Senior Director of International Retail, and Business Director for Asia, where he gained deep expertise in retail expansion and global market development.
