Adgild Hop is the (North-South) European Retail Market Leader for Deloitte, the Consumer Consulting leader for the Netherlands, and also the co-lead of Deloitte's Grocery subsector globally. He has committed almost 20 years of his career to consumers and retail. He is a regular keynote speaker, commonly on the themes transformational themes that are impacting retail.
His expertise and passion is around helping today’s retailers evolve into tomorrow’s leading retailers, covering the big required shifts in Consumer Engagement, Omnichannel Experience, Fulfilment / Supply Chain and Emerging Business Models. He is also very passionate about the dichotomy of Consumerism and Citizenship.
