Nameboards are supplied to all shell scheme stands. You will receive one nameboard per open side.

In the event that the exhibiting sponsor does not provide the requested information by the deadline, your mameboard will display the company name listed on your original stand contract, any changes requested on-site will be subject to a charge.

Grey carpet is provided to shell scheme stands. Should you wish to change the colour of your carpet or purchase alternative flooring, you can do so by placing an order via GES’s webshop below. Exhibiting sponsors will receive a link via email to the webshop, along with details on how to create an account to place orders.

  • Form: Click here
  • Deadline date: 24th April for no charge. After this date, it will cost to change the carpet colour.

As a shell scheme sponsor, you can collect your show badge at registration from 2pm on Monday 8th and enter the hall with this. Anyone without a delegate badge will need a contractor badge which can be applied for here.

Important notes to remember when accessing the hall:

  • Please print your contractor badge before coming onsite, or make sure you have it ready on your mobile device to be shown at the entrance.
  • Please note, contractor badges only permit entry to the hall during build-up and breakdown periods, if you need access to the venue during show days, you must purchase a delegate ticket.

Shell scheme stands are 2.5m high and are built in a silver system structure with white wall panels. Shell Scheme stands are not permitted to build higher than 2.5m.

If you wish to build to a height of up to 4m, please contact your account manager or our sales team via [email protected] to upgrade your exhibit space to a 6m x 6m space only stand or larger.

Please note: Rigging of banners are not permitted over 3x3 or 3x6 stand spaces.

Any electrical works must be undertaken by GES, our appointed electrical contractor. You can purchase additional lighting and electricity via GES’s webshop.

Please note that on each block of stands, there will be an electrical mains power box connecting the booth to the power supply in the floor ducts. This will be placed on the lower part of the wall of the stand that sits over the service duct.

GES will, where possible, try to position this so that it does not impact on the aesthetics of the stand concerned. Should you find the mains box on your stand, please do not cover it, as access may be needed at any time.

Shell scheme stands will be provided with spotlights. All lighting within the exhibit space must be arranged and operated so as not to be distracting to adjacent exhibitors.

Should you have any electrical queries, please contact:

Graphics for your shell scheme back walls can be ordered through the GES webshop. Exhibiting sponsors will receive a link via email to the webshop, along with details on how to create an account to place orders. Once you have agreed your chosen graphics with GES and payment has been made, GES will then be able to share templates with you to begin your design.

The official shell scheme contractor, GES, must carry out all construction work on shell scheme stands. Please do not nail, screw or staple anything into the panels. Any damage caused to the shell scheme is chargeable and will be passed back to the exhibitor. Fixtures can be applied by using methods such as S-hooks, double-sided velcro & blu tack.
Please note that no items are to be fixed or suspended from the shell scheme’s fascia or ceiling grid, as this could affect the structural integrity of the stand, as some parts are not designed to be weight bearing.
