For the tickets within your sponsorship package, the main POC will recieve a unique URL from noreply@[email protected]. You will be able to register all of your team using this link or, you can invite your team members from within the platform and they can complete this individually.
For a guide on how to register tickets and purchase additional passes, please click here

At the first stage of registration, you can assign your Sponsor Admins who can oversee your team's meetings reps and update sponsor information.

Assign an Assistant for Meetup – we recommend completing this when registering your team

  • Assistants will be able to complete the required steps in the Meetup process on behalf of their colleagues who are attending if needed.

  • To act as an Assistant for any of your colleagues, their email address must be entered as the Assistant Email Address when they register on the platform. Once this is set, you'll be able to request a One Time Passcode (OTC) to access the platform on their behalf and perform any necessary Meetup actions—such as submitting requests or opting into meeting, throughout the process.

If you plan on attending Shoptalk Luxe and be an Assistant for your company, then please ensure that you register yourself with a ticket too. Register using your unique link that you will receive shortly after this email.

Meetup profile

  • Meetup opens on 5th May for profile completion. You will have received a separate link to the Meetup platform which is where you can update your organisation info and create profiles for yourself and your team.

If you would like to purchase additional tickets for the show, you can do this directly through the registration platform via card payment, alternatively if you would like to make payment via invoice please contact your Account Manager.

Location: The registration desk will be located at the entrance of the show, by gate 4.

Registration opening hours can be viewed on the timetable here

Important Information Regarding Sponsor Badges

  • Please take good care of your sponsor badge and wear it for the duration of the show. No badge reprints will be provided.

  • Everyone must wear a badge at all times

  • Terms of attendance & participation can be viewed here

Registered sponsors may transfer their ticket in the portal at any time prior to the 14th May (profile completion stage). Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance in transferring a ticket after the deadline.

Transferring a ticket after the Meetup program scheduling process has started will not transfer program eligibility and will result in the loss of any steps already completed.

In order to gain access to the hall for build-up and breakdown periods, space only sponsors and contractors will be required to register themselves using Fira Gran Via's online registration system here, please refer to this useful guide on how to register. Once you have successfully registered, you will recieve a confirmation email with your contractor badge.

If you are a shell scheme sponsor, you can collect your sponsor badge from registration from 2pm on Monday 8th and enter the hall with this. Anyone without a delegate badge will need a contractor badge which can be applied for below.

Important notes to remember when accessing the hall:

  • Please print your contractor badge before coming onsite, or make sure you have it ready on your mobile device to be shown at the entrance.

  • Please note, contractor badges only permit entry to the hall during build-up and breakdown periods, if you need access to the venue during show days, you must purchase a delegate ticket.

  • Contractor pass platform accessible here

Crew Badges are complimentary passes that grant sponsor crew access to the show floor while it is open on show days. This badge can only be used by crew working at the sponsors booth and not employees from the sponsoring company.  Examples of where a crew badge would be applicable: you have a barista working on your booth, a photographer, a videographer.

This pass does not include access to meals, sessions, or evening receptions – a full pass must be purchased for access to any of these items.
