The Discovery Stage
As part of your sponsorship, you’ll be asked to complete a session form confirming the following details:
- Speaker’s name
- Session title
- Session summary
- Contact information
Your sponsor logistics lead will share the form with you. Once it has been submitted, we’ll allocate your session day and time slot. The information provided will also be used in the event agenda where your session will be promoted.
For all technical and AV requirements, please contact your sponsor logistics manager.
Private Dining Events
If your sponsorship package includes a private dining event, our team will contact you to discuss your ICP form and the invitation process. A dedicated team member will support you every step of the way to ensure your networking event is seamless and successful.
