Melissa McDermott brings more than 20 years of international experience at the intersection of fashion, product strategy and technology. She held senior roles at Gap Inc., Abercrombie & Fitch and Mango before advancing digital transformation and early blockchain & Digital Product Passport solutions for luxury and premium brands such as Kering Group, Zadig & Voltaire, Bulgari, and Decathlon to mention a few. 

She is now the CEO & Founder of Reclaim, the first Agentic Recommerce Operating System designed to connect brands and consumers to unlock the full value of the circular economy through intelligent resale, recycling and donation, strengthening long-term brand equity and consumer relationships.
