Chris is an entrepreneur with a background in technology and e-commerce. After beginning his career at J.P. Morgan and BCG, he joined Razor as an early employee, helping scale the e-commerce technology company during a period of rapid growth that saw it surpass a $1 billion valuation within 18 months of its founding.
Working closely with ecommerce brands at Razor group gave Chris a front-row seat to how quickly digital commerce was changing and where new bottlenecks were starting to emerge. One of those shifts was generative search. As tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini began shaping how consumers discover products, it became clear that visibility in these environments was turning into a real problem for ecommerce brands. Based on that insight, the team went on to build Glara, a platform that helps brands understand how visible their products are in AI-driven search and what they need to do to improve that visibility. Across both companies, his work has focused on helping retailers adapt early to structural changes in ecommerce.
