Carlos is the CEO of Alcampo, one of Spain's leading grocery chains. He is responsible for the group’s ongoing transformation, as it expands its physical store footprint and formats, as well as ecommerce capabilities. Prior to joining in October 2025, Carlos held numerous leadership roles at parent company Auchan.
