Xavier Rebés joined TOUS in 2022. As Transformation & Innovation Director, he leads cross-functional transformation projects within the company and is a member of the Executive Committee.

He joined TOUS from Caixabank, where he headed the innovation and digital strategy division. Additionally, he brings extensive experience from companies such as Oliver Wyman, ValueClick, and PwC, specialising in innovation, transformation, and digitalisation.
