Susie Donaldson is Vice-President of Marketing for EMEA at SharkNinja, the US product design and technology company behind the Shark and Ninja brands. Brought in at the start of 2024 to accelerate the company's European growth, she leads brand strategy, market share expansion and consumer marketing across the region — drawing on a strong track record in tech to drive SharkNinja's growing global ambitions.

Since joining, Susie has overseen a significant wave of product innovation for European consumers, disrupting existing categories and creating new ones with a social-first approach that meets consumers where they are — whether on the shop floor or on TikTok Shop. She has also spearheaded the brand's investment in influencer marketing, building partnerships with celebrity ambassadors and expanding SharkNinja's presence across social platforms.

The results speak for themselves. Europe is now recognised as a key growth driver for SharkNinja, with 2025 marked as the brand's strongest year on record.
