Shweta is a Marketing & Business leader with 23+ years’ track record of managing brands, embedding transformations and delivering net-new growth in consumer goods sector, across B2B and B2C.
Shweta has held various Global and Regional leadership roles in multi-national organisations such as Whirlpool, Hewlett Packard and Nestle. She built her formative career in Asia for first decade, before moving to Europe and spending the next decade driving marketing transformations in global organisations.
Currently, Shweta is in a senior leadership role at The LEGO group, leading Global Marketing and Retail Experiences for LEGO Retail, the D2C business for the company. This includes making sure LEGO.com and our Brand stores, globally.
Shweta is an architect, has 2 MBA's from MDI Gurgaon India and IMD Lausanne Switzerland.
She has a passion for all topics linked to Brand marketing, D2C models and marketing transformation, especially with advent of Gen AI and is keen to keep the virtuous loop of learning and sharing, on.
