Rachel McShane

Chief Financial Officer Depop

Rachel McShane is Depop’s Chief Financial Officer, and joined the business in 2023. She is responsible for Depop’s global Finance, Insights and Operations functions, and works alongside our CEO and leadership team to set the strategic direction of the company. Rachel joined Depop from Paysafe, where she was CFO of the Digital Walets division. Prior to this she spent over a decade at Barclays, across a number of central finance and then commercial remits, lastly as Head of Finance for the Corporate Bank and FD for Transaction Banking, following four years at Barclaycard in leadership roles. Rachel is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, and throughout her career has led several initiatives to drive change in the culture of organisations.
