Oleg Malenkov is a General Partner at TA Ventures, a global early-stage venture capital firm with more than 280 investments across the US, Europe, and emerging markets. At TA Ventures, Oleg focuses on consumer, healthcare, and fintech backing ambitious founders building global companies from day 1.

He has been involved in investments in companies such as Impress, Yope, Utorg, and other high-growth technology businesses. Lately Oleg has been particularly interested in the future of European resilience, including defense, energy, AI infrastructure, financial sovereignty, and the broader transformation of critical industries.

Before joining TA Ventures, Oleg co-founded Concepter, a consumer hardware company whose products were sold through Apple retail channels in around 40 countries. The company was later acquired by Ajax Systems in 2021. This founder and operator background gives him a practical perspective on company building, fundraising, product development, and international scaling.

Originally from Ukraine and now based between London and Barcelona, Oleg combines an investor’s global perspective with a strong interest in European technological independence, resilient supply chains, and the next generation of category-defining companies.
