Nicolas is the chief digital transformation officer at Manor, Switzerland’s largest department store chain. In this role, he leads the digital business, omnichannel strategy, and newly relaunched customer app. He oversees cross-departmental process optimisation, data quality improvements, and AI adoption to create measurable business impact. Nicolas also built the AI transformation unit and launched AI Circle to accelerate innovation across the company.
