Cengiz is currently the Regional General Manager for Grocery & Retail at Wolt across Central & Southern Europe, covering 19 countries. Previously, Cengiz served as the Global Head of Retail, leading Wolt's non-food, alcohol and vape & tobacco verticals, and supported the scaling of Wolt Market (Wolt's dark store operations) as the Global Strategy & Business Operations Director.

Before Wolt, Cengiz spent over 10 years in strategy & operations, advising Fortune 500 and growth companies across 4 continents, including roles at Deliveroo, LEON restaurants, BCG and Reckitt.
