Caroline Orange-Northey is UK and Ireland Managing Director at Pinterest and formerly the Director
of Retail. Caroline joined Pinterest in September 2024 and has since driven impressive business
results and first-of-their-kind creative campaigns with brands including DFS and Habitat. Caroline has
also hosted clients on stage at events including Pinvision - Pinterest’s largest annual advertiser event
and spoken on including leading retail industry external stages. Prior to joining, Caroline held a
leadership role at Amazon Ads, overseeing lifestyle industries for nearly a decade. Caroline is an
experienced media professional with 20+ years in the industry in various roles encompassing sales,
marketing, business development, and strategy. Her diverse background spans multiple media
platforms, including radio, outdoor advertising, cinema, streaming TV, gaming, print, digital, live
sports, sports rights, and marketing partnerships.
