Reporting to the CEO and founder, she is responsible for the brand’s global business strategy and driving retail, ecommerce, and wholesale growth internationally and domestically. Before joining the fast-growth athleisure brand, Ashley served as global president at Fabletics, as well as chief business officer and general manager at Banana Republic.
